Discovery
This phase is often overlooked, but it’s the foundation of a successful project. To figure out if we’re *actually* a good fit and how we can best help you within your timeline and budget, we need to learn all the details about your business & your goals.
You’ll start by filling out the inquiry form & we’ll book a 30-min Discovery Call to discuss project details & get acquainted.
If we seem like the perfect match, we’ll send you a proposal including custom packages, timelines & prices. After approval, you’ll have to sign our contract & pay the deposit to proceed.

Exploration
You’ll then be onboarded to your Notion Client Portal, which is our ultimate project management tool and a powerful resources & communication hub. This will help everyone stay on-track and organized, so we can make sure to deliver a project you absolutely love!
You’ll fill out in-depth questionnaires directly on the Portal and we’ll get together on a Strategy Call to start working on the project.
With all the info gathered, we’ll do strategic research and start to design your custom solution, may it be a stunning brand identity system, a feature-packed website or anything else included in the proposal.

At every key step of the project, we’ll present our drafts and ask you to give us feedback directly through your Client Portal.
We’ll take your feedback, give our input & make revisions to our designs. You can always count on us to keep your business’ interest at heart and give our honest professional opinion.

Implementation
Once we get your final approval, we’ll upload the files to your Client Portal & deliver anything else included in the project.
If your package includes some sort of execution beyond delivery (Social Media Management for example), all you’ll have to do is watch the magic happen ✨

Thought it was over? Think again! We’ll also deliver useful guidelines on how to properly use your newly created brand and other assets so you can make sure that everything stays cohesive throughout all touchpoints, without the stress of having to figure it out by yourself!
For website projects, we’ll send tutorials and even have ‘how-to’ live sessions with your team members, and we’ll take care of tech support for a whole year (renewable after that).
And we’ll always stay in touch with you to make sure you stay satisfied, or to help with future projects (return clients get priority scheduling 👀)
