How do I know which service or package is right for me?
The first step in every project is talking things out during a 30-min Discovery Call so we can get a precise idea of your business needs & goals and how we can help you best within your timeline and budget.
We’ll use that info to send you a custom proposal detailed with packages, deliverables, options & pricing.
How long in advance should I reach out to book?
Long story short: as soon as possible!
We only take on 2 to 5 clients each month (depending on the type of mission) to ensure each gets the quality treatment we strive for, so the sooner you inquire, the better are your chances of securing your spot, especially if you’re on a deadline. Try to aim for 2 months in advance for branding projects and at least 3-4 months for more complex projects.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We’ve got several options depending on your project’s timeline:
2-8 week timelines = 50% Deposit + 50% Completion 8+ week timelines = 40% Deposit + 20% Halfway + 40% Completion OR 50% Deposit + 50% Completion
Feel free to ask for other payment plans if needed, but please keep in mind that a 40% minimum deposit will always be required.
Do you offer discounts?
No, because our services are priced fairly and our work & years of expertise will add tremendous value to your business, which deserves proper compensation. We’re happy to discuss payment plan options or simply review the scope of the project if needed.
BUT! We can be flexible and find custom arrangements to support founders & business owners on a tight budget trying to bring good into the world with projects surrounding sustainability, equal rights, etc. Just ask!
Does my location matter? Do you work with international clients?
We accept clients from anywhere in the world! We’re from France ourselves, but we like to move around ✈️
The only requirements are to speak fluent English OR French so nothing gets lost in translation and to be able to join our scheduled calls (since we like to make things stress-free for our clients, we’ll adapt to your timezone as much as possible).
